Because a hearing device needs to be worn to know whether it is right for you, you can return Clear Hearing within 60 days for any reason - even if you have worn and used it. To be eligible, please return the device with its charging case and any accessories, in the original packaging where possible. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@clearhearing.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, and (where applicable) a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Promotional pricing

Our launch and promotional pricing (for example "50% off", or a reduced price shown against the usual price) does not affect your right to return. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to every order, including discounted orders.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Faulty items and warranty

If your Clear Hearing develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, contact us at support@clearhearing.uk and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Your statutory rights

As a consumer you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, this statutory right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please return the item in a resaleable condition where possible, with your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@clearhearing.uk.
